I'm acquiring one from my friend, since he is moving, and no longer sees the point of having it as well as multiple 7th gen consoles 
Anyway, his loss is my gain, and it's coming with a copy of Pokemon Stadium 
Are there any other games I should look in to getting. I used to have loads, but I sold them a couple of years back to pay for the GameCube
Any help would be appreciated

Just a few of my old favorites:
Banjo Kazooie/Tooie (Platforming goodness!)
Jet Force Gemini (A surprisingly good third-person shooter that's actually pretty open-ended)
Body Harvest (Just a cool concept, and the gameplay's fun as well)
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask (arguably the two best Zelda games out there  )
Perfect Dark (Amazing first person shooter)
James Bond 007: Goldeneye/The World is Not Enough (Goldeneye is an absolute classic, and The World is Not Enough was a surprisingly good follow-up)
I should go dig mine up. I think it's gathering dust in a closet somewhere...

Both Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Mario Kart 64 is a blast and ironically I liked the Harvest Moon for a more slow paced game. Banjo Kazooie was fun as was its sequel Banjo Tooie. Star Fox 64 is also really fun with some hidden elements. Last but not least I would recomend Smash Bros.

I have to admit that the game I spent the most time playing was probably "Mario 64" Trying to play through and collect all 120 gold stars, oh man. Many, many hours.

Mystical Ninja starring Goemon.
Pokemon Snap.
Castlevania 64,( don't listen to haters like AVGN, it's actually a fun, callenging game with a lot of charm.)
Mission Impossible, (under rated and on par with goldeneye.)
