Each of the individuals elements are beautiful in their own right, but the effect of the whole it really awe inspiring. Definitely find a use for the stairs.

OK well not a lot done, been a bit meh....but here you go some progress...

So started on some furnishings...





And then took a look at the stairs. (here you go red...)






And obviously the stairs need to go somewhere..

Damn, that staircase is fantastic. Those bamboo skewers are a perfect fit for that use.

Excellent use of the skewers. I've wondered about using them for oars on a ship, but it would take to much sanding to round the long bit out.

As stairs they work wonderfully.

Wouldn't have to round them off. Usually, they sank iron or bronze bars into the wood as handles. A bit of wire, and boom, done!

Also,

Those playing card walls are wonderful - love the different materials/textures/colors/sheens in that picture.

This whole project has me in awe Cam, amazing work as usual.

Really, really cool. The staircase is one of the nicest I have seen in a long while. Great lines and curves on it.

Not only is the floor masterfully laid, the underside has joists! Add in the staircase and my mind is just blown.

i´m still wondering about the universe this is meant for...

I feel like reams of fan fiction could easily be inspired by this building, lol. Impressive as always Cam.

It is a very interesting combination of construction materials... marble facade, beautiful wallpapered interior, wood floors, skull legged furniture... and then with large chunks blown off. Wonderfully incongruous.

Looking great Cam, I agree that there should be something dark or mysterious in the attic.

Toys. Just toys in the attic.

Sooner or later, for a roof, I imagine that you will find a way to split a piece of slate into little tiny roof tiles and use them to make a genuine slate roof.

Then there are all the cool ways to make the roof trusses. That's similar to a King post you've got there, one variant anyway.

Such a nice piece. So much for the eye to enjoy. Please do continue.
