I've seen polls up before, but they only asked which army you mainly play and make one selection. This poll lets you select all of your armies and should give a clearer picture on the popularity of each faction.

The problem with the pick one polls is they don't show the actual popularity of an army. in the single option polls I picked Tyranids, even though I only play them about 50% of the time. Like most Xenos player i still have Space marines waiting in the wings the rest of my play time falls between them, my Eldar and my Crons.

okay vote away!

I play Tyranids and Imperial Guard. I prefer to play Guard but it's nice to switch things up now and then. I never play Space Marines.....of any chapter/codex. Too many people play them already.

I find my Nids only really get fun in games in the 1500-2500 range. They just don't seem to get much out of their army in lower point games

Until about a month ago, I would have had five answers. Luckily, I have seen the light and have cutback to only one army, Necrons.

I have the most of Vanilla Marines so I guess that's my main army. I've had better luck with my Orks. And I've played Chaos Daemons on Vassal and I really like how they play, so I'll be starting that as my third army. My plan was to get a IoM, Xenos, and Ruinous Powers army so I can team with anyone and sort of match their army.

I own a Tau army that I play, but the friend that got me into the hobby has several armies, and has offered to let me use them (haven't taken him up on that yet, though). Planning on getting a SM army, though, and painting them up as Iron Hand.

Currently playing (poorly because I like to roll 1's): Chaos Daemons. I love 'em and their uniqueness, plus it's an army that rewards playing aggressively at all times with a side of sneaky Tzeentch-trickery thrown into the mix for giggles.
Sadly, the army doesn't preform too well due to my godly prowess of rolling hordes of 1's at every turn.

In the works, I've got a Chaos Marine army I've recently started. (Hakanor's Reavers)

I also have plans for a Knights of Blood BA army and a White Scars biker army, plus when the new codex comes out way down the line, I'll pick-up that wraith themed Eldar army again.

The results of that survey are invalid since csm etc weren't on to start and last time they did a survey like this they were the most played army.
