Were there be dragons....

I picked up a set of the Space Marine Epic 40k boxset for a tenner and upon opening it found that it was crammed full of models, some of which wernt in the original set from the looks of things. In it it had about 6 sprues of squats complete, including bikes and guns. Originally I was planning on proxying them as allies for the small amount of gaurd I have but I also had a quick look at them on ebay and saw that there were poorly painted collections that were smaller then mine going for £30 with a few days still left to bid. All Ive done with my stuff I clip them off the sprue for storage, meaning there unassembled and unpainted.
The question is how much would they be worth? I dont think I would want to sell them but it would be intresting to know how much I could potentially get from them.

Like anything else on evill bay its generally up to who is bidding, but at the moment around £15-20 would be reasonable.

Strange they still command a good price, must be a lot of NetEpic players out there.

The other point is the often claimed rarity, they turn up in large numbers on a regular basis, unlike Nids - more is the pity.

Yeah, I'd agree - the Squats seem to go for silly money sometimes, especially for things like the airship, land train and mega-cannon. The plastic box sets seem to turn up fairly regularly - I myself have a bunch of them from various Ebay job lots over the years, despite not actually using Squats!

Tyranids are a different matter - some of those models are like hen's teeth!

Have to agree about nids, at £10-15 a sprue being the cheaper end of the market.

Does beg a question given the relative demand why are GW not cashing in?

Other evil bay gems I see lately have been a scout and around twenty marines offered at a £3.00 start and eight terminators (plastic) at the same price.
