What do you mean inconsistent? he is quite consistent what is included on each and I think he was quite clear on not allowing to change your pledge to a higher (or lower) level.

I love everything about that creature aside from the bloated torso. Looks like an odd mash of creepy Japanese-horror and grotesque body-horror torso. Doesn't mix as well as I'd hope. The phallic thing coming out of the giant chest-mouth seems like it's trying too hard and almost comedically reminds me of Dota's Pudge or WoW's Stitches/Abomination.
I was hoping for the Jungle Queen.

Well to be entirely honest this 10m monster is the only sculpt I do not like, I do hope whatever comes with it looks great.
I would love to see the jungle queen and the ringtail fox mentioned in the comments sounds interesting enouph, wet nurse would also be an interesting expansion if by defeating her you could increase your survivors by liberating the captives it keeps.

To be honest I'd never even looked at the Dragon King in that way before, which seems a bit ridiculous now that you have pointed it out.
I still think it's fair to say that the Dragon King is a far more subtle in its use of penis imagery.

from the chat it seems Adam linked pledge calculators pages from another couple of fan site when he did the last update (after asking what good ones were out there in the comments)
vibrant lantern apparently has one (I didn't know, and neither did most active in the comments) and the site owner was fairly annoyed his wasn't on the list as well and felt snubbed (although i'm sure there must be stuff going on the background too as it seems a totally trivial thing to get upset about especially as Adam has already promoted vibrant lantern a couple of times this campaign)

That honeycrisp monster is the most Kingdom Death-like monster since the Nightmare Ram. I love it. The armor also looks badass and completely unnerving. The shame is, I've pretty much settled my pledge, and nothing short of the King is going to change it. I sure hope there's a pledge manager, because I'm not camping the site or trawling eBay for this thing when it gets its wide release.
The honey pinup just goes a little too far past cheesecake and into cheese. I've seen Rule 34 slash picsthat were more subtle.
Also just noticed Perfect Beetle Knight's codpiece, which raises all kinds of questions about what happened to jinzoningen 17 and 18... And that poor battleball team.

I think the basic structure is the same between 10 and 100 year weavers,
the 100 year version just has a fetching hat with added lanterns to wear (doubt created from the tears and dreams of a whole bunch of survivors)
