I was reading the genestealer fluff today, for the first time actually, and it became obvious to me that this tyranid classic is essentially the eponymous Alien. Much like the Alien, genestealers reproduce by impregnating organisms with their seed (or sorts), which grows into a new genestealer which shares the host's basic physical aspects. So the first generation genestealer is essentially a hybrid. I was practically FORCED to imagine a couple of variations on the genestealer first genereation offspring if it impregnates organisms other than humans; I am sure this is not a new idea, so do point out any hybrids that you know of or have created yourself. Also, what follows below is pure speculation, I hope it doesn't come off as newbie heresy.
The typical human falling prey to a genestealer's one-sided matrimonial advances should fit somewhere within these lines:
ws2 bs2 S3 T3 W1 I3 A1 Ld10; This is IG conscrpipt. Commonly the victims would be civilians, sporting less WS,BS,T and Ld, but let's take these stats just to retain a degree of relevance to the codex. A genestealer born of one such victim has the following profile:
ws6 bs0 S4 T4 W1 I6 A2 Ld10
This is a standard genestealer model's statline. From this, we can tentatively deduce the following hybridization formulas, where Y would be the host organisms' value for the same stat:
ws=Y x300%
bs=0
s=Y x130% (probably more, but let's go with this)
t=Y x130%
w=Y x100%
i=Y x200%
a=Y x200%
Ld=Y x200%, or a fixed 10
Here's the first bastard: genestealer-impregnated orkboy (FULLY aware of how orks reproduce and of how impossible this is)
ws8 bs0 S4 T5 W1 I4 A4 Ld10
The ws and toughness have been trimmed down a bit for "realism". Still, pretty butch. A genestealer gretchin would play like this
ws5 bs0 S3 T3 W1 I4 A2 Ld10
Again, trimmed the ws a point just because the product of this unholy union would probably be about 4 feet tall. I also estimate the model should look like this

A genestealer/dark eldar wych baby (is it possible?) should have the following statline
ws9 bs0 S4 T4 W1 I9 A2 Ld10
Once again I felt the need to alter the stats (the "formulas" are obviously too rigid to accurately represent the hybridization). In this we see a unit that always hits first and always lands their hits, and since it's a genestealer, it Rends. Pretty ballin'.
Now, while this is all hilariously improbable, would someone care to speculate on POSSIBLE hybridizations and their suggested statlines? I'd like to point out that there's no reason for possible hybrids not to be produced as converted models and used in home games.

Thanks. I am pretty curious about this, and I found an article about the phenomenon (fluff-wise) on lexicanum, here it is http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Genestealer_Hybrid#.T5IThjKE5-w
And here's a couple hybrids I found online:

I remember finding a site a while ago (i think it was called buglands?) that had a bunch of amazing tyranid hybrid conversions on it, like tau genestealers, and snake ones, and all sorts of other neat stuff.

I just wish i could find it again
