first off i like the model looks good definitely like the purple however i would suggest working on your blending a bit more your color transitions are a little rough.
other than that i think it looks fine just reallly work on smoothing out the transition from your purple to highlight purple and always make sure your light source is consistent.
keep it up!

Looks really nice. I like the purple. At first glance, I wasn't so sure about the IG heads on the scouts, but, now I think it looks pretty good. Anything is better than the normal scout heads, I guess.

That purple is pretty sweet.
However, I don't see the use of NMM in the pictures. It's more of just a layer highlight.

What chapter are they? The purple is very nice though maybe a little more layering.

You painted them extremely well but I don't see any nmm either. What parts should we be looking at? Can you get a pic of just the nmm parts so we can give feed back on it? Great job Making purple look good.

I don't see metals either, but it's a good paintjob. Nice use of the Cadian heads.

Decent job, overall, but I find the shading of the purple quite heavy handed. You may want to consider toning that down (or, in this case, "lightening that up") in subsequent attempts, as well as putting a bit more effort into blending a softer transition. With layers like these, the jumps in color have to be much more subtle to look good. You can run the range you have successfully, of course, but it require much smoother blending, as well as careful placement of light and shadow to look convincing. As for the NMM, I think the number of people who can't figure out what's supposed to be metal should be sufficient evidence that something isn't working. One confounding factor may be that you're mixing styles. On certain features, you're using a simple, layered gray to white gradient, while on others you take it all the way down to black, with stark delineation a la SENMM. It's as if some pieces are brushed steel and others are chrome (which is reasonable enough, if not an advisable aesthetic call), but there's insufficient differentiation between the two in the painting to make that perfectly clear. The point of SENMM is to give the illusion of a reflected image, not stark lighting on the piece, itself - even if the base metal is silver, the effect won't be conveyed without painting outside of grayscale. I also think that you've overused white, a bit, which contributes to the assumption that your silver pieces are simply a very pale gray. Try to smooth out your layer transitions and restrict the use of pure white to smaller but equally stark reflective glints and the intended effect will be more apparent, I'd wager.
