Free space 2. Its nice to have a genuinely bleak ending for once.
Its not my favourite as such, but it is the most memorable.

Do not underestimate the Squats. They survived for millenia cut off from the Imperium and assailed on all sides. Their determination and resilience is an example to us all.

Starcraft 1 had a pretty badass ending, too.

Too many to count but Frozen Throne I thought was pretty good as well as Brood War. (Warcraft should have ended then and there, I hate Blizzard so much for making WoW).

Blizz definitely does a decent job on the endings, and a decent job on continuation from the endings.
My favorite is probably from Left For Dead. Not really much of an ending, but I always get that huge sense of relief surviving that final rush at the end. Especially in multiplayer when your with a bunch of people who aremore then likely just trying to screw you over.

In all seriousness, I can't really remember many endings, but my favourite is probably when I quit WoW - All that money I saved and could throw at GW!
