Hmm i really liked the ending with Baldur's gate 1 and 2.

Definitely agree with Red Dead Redemption. It's the whole build-up to it, and the fact that you have built such a connection to the characters over that period of time.

- The end of Streets of Rage. With the 2 player option, you could choose to work for the big boss. If one accepts and the other declines, you have to fight to the death
Similar is the ending of Double Dragon, where you find out your brother was actually the bad guy all along!

- Super Metroid, having to escape the destruction of the ship after killing the final boss, and you are expecting the game to have ended already!

- Civilisation 2, finding out I have the leadership abilities of Dan Quayle.

I agree with you. WC3 was probably their best one of the warcraft series. It had twists, (Seriously arthas? I hate you so much. Jaina , Thrall is a badass. Though my most favorite ending of all time still has to be Resident Evil 4 and its also tied with KOTR (first one).

DoW 2, after beating down the nids. That was awesome. Then the whole of Chaos rising. Winter assault also had the best ending of all the original DoW games IMHO.

Space Marine's ending was ok, but kinda meh. At least Leandros got put in his place.

Call of Duty MW2's was ok at first, but the shock factor is gone after the third play through, when you learn that mashing the B button isn't the right way of pulling the knife. After that it becomes a lot less suspenseful.

The endings for the WW2 Call of duty's were pretty cool ( I love being the russian guy who hoists the flag over Berlin)

I also liked the Black Ops end... with mysterious and cryptic film reels...

Just finished Metro 2033's ending. It was pretty cool.

Metro 2033, the game was a masterpiece all the way, and the ending just sealed the deal to me.

Also freaked the hell outa my friend when i got the starting pistol, he was not looking and we had the volume maxed out on his tv, fired one shot and he snapped around yelling "HOLY s T!!!! Did you get a sniper allready!?!?"

LOL. Metro 2033 is definitley the best Post-apoc game I've ever played. Better than Fallout, if only it lasted as long.

It's like the Mass Effect of post apocalyptic stuff, seriously. But you know, with a good ending.

Have to agree with Red Dead Redemption.

Bioshock 2 had a pretty good ending.

Crackdown 2's ending was lame, save for the Director telling that the Agency will conquer the world.
Hence, it was badass.

I loved Dragon Age Origins ending. Gettign a chance to talk with all your party members, and an epilogue, it felt like they covered everything
