Images of the village people dressed in various 40k costumes. A guardsman, an ork, a commissar, a kroot, a dark eldar.

In all honesty I just think the morale part of morale officer needs to be touched on more often.
My hair is that color, so I thought I'd have a little fun.

I'm 6 colours in total.

It's been really helpful with how scary this month has been with hospital trips and blood tests.
Sadly work wants me to get rid of it by Monday.

Shame about the hair having to go. Ever thought about a wig to cover it up while in work? You can rebel in the shadows and unleash the hairdo when they least expect it.

Sorry to hear about hospital trips. Hope all is well.

I’m guessing he just wore it out in the rain and the colors bled.

There's a cafe in Nottingham that has a smoothie sign that says SERIOUS FRUIT.

I've been trying to get a selfie there for a few weeks.

I'm not sick. I'm trying to get some help with something which means I need to be screened, blood tested, profiled and all sorts of background checks. It feels very One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest.

Went to Mantic Games' open day in Nottingham today, and had a lovely time.
They had a painting contest using their supplies, so I had a go.

I won the contest, which was very alarming to me.
I was by no means the best painter there. I can only guess they went with coolest rather than technical skill.

Colourful, funny, grim-dark with rainbows, surprised humility in winning... it must be a Buttery Blog!
The hair is awesome.
Too bad about work wanting that gone.

Glad you enjoyed looking through.
My boss is one of those people who absolutely jars with my personality, so sadly the hair is gone already. It's now completely white because they can't say that's not natural.

You could almost pull off being albino.
Red head?
You look similar to my cousin who has the most orange hair you would ever see.
With skin so white it hurts to see it in the sun.
She is in Japan now teaching and scandalized the village she was in: cut her hair to about 1cm long recently.

Anyway, cool stuff, sorry about the boss, hope you find something more to your liking when willing to make the change.

BTW, what material did you use for the skull on the hat?
You may have covered the build earlier (I promise I will catch-up).

The hat emblem is stamped brass. I was given the flowery skull and decided to make a very pretty hat.

And I'm working on a tiny magician and her family tonight.

The balance of the colouring and execution is great.
The models are awesome, the Sparrows faces are characterful.
Tiny and Soni give a one stop beefcake and cheesecake.
Wolfboy lends that little bit of disturbing for added interest.

Thanks guys. They were a joy to do, even if I did 9/10s of them between 8pm and 3am on Friday night.

I'm going to clean up some little bits, just need a sunny day.

They are for 7TV, I went to a gaming day at Wargames Illustrated.
