Interesting list, particularly the super Death&Despair star.
Not sure if you are aware, but the normal D&D combo is considered disposable - mark the unit, drop close, kill, die. I'm not sure that beefing up the squad with the overlord and stormtek is going to net back enough points - basically you don't have enough CC capability to help that unit survive (no invul saves for example).
Keen to hear how it works for you.
Re the rest of your list, Trazyn in a barge is an interesting combo. I'm not near my codex, but I didn't think he had a warscythe? If he doesn't, the barge is a waste really, particularly as the Obliterator attack can't be used when he is in the barge. In this case, Trazyn might be better in your D&Dstar.
3 wraiths is generally considered to be to few for survivability, so you may want to see if you can beef them up or alternatively use the points for something else.
Single stalker is normally considered risky, as it is a prime target for the opponent. In your list the stalker is very important because you'll want to TL the warriors and the Ark.
Re the Doomsday Ark, general advice is that they are fragile, and lose a lot of their potency if they have to move. Your points may be better off spent elsewhere.
You should really consider HoDestruction with Solar pulse. I suggest you are going to need nightfight for at least the first turn so that the GA can close to the 24" range.
