I juts finished up a few testers for my necron Killbot themed army, but still can't decide which to use. Help me out guys!

They're pre-imperial robotic soldiers that a rogue techpriest (my overlord) has found the STC print outs for, including suped-up weapons tech (gauss bolters, etc). Inspired by being nostalgic about Z (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bp18OG3Tmhg)

Heads are pigiron inner guard, backpacks are robogear.

White stormtrooper. I like the contrast on this one. Will probably use less red dust on the top parts. Getting a little too pinkish.


Desert tan. Not quite as bold as the white one, but I like the subtlety of it. Might switch out the blue eyes for orange.


Olive drab. My original idea, but I think it ends up being too dark overall.

Wow Those are fantastic! Very creative and inspiring. The smoothness of the weapon poses is great, it looks as if the guns were made for them! I would love to see the finished army!

These are brilliant. i may steal this design when i get round to doing =][=munda. Why are you running them as necrons though? They all look like they are armed like space marines.

I think he already said in the OP...

Gauss flayers have the exact some stats as bolters, except they have the gauss rule. So these are just fancy archeotech bolter with fancy vehicle-glancing ammo.

+1 in the fantastic column. Nice, simple conversion that completely changes the feel. Well done, sir.

Perhaps a cross of the white and olive drab? Kind of like olive drab lines/markings overlaid on the white armour.

good conversions and i would say the drab for the troops and white for the HQs.

Love this! They look so good with more clunky weaponry and noggins.
