I am just starting Necrons and want to build to a list, any advice on starting necrons you could give me would be helpful here is my list:

I personally don't think that walking lychguard make sense, particularly as your warriors are in the ark. Maybe think about a VeilTek?

Not sure 1 stalker is worth it in this list cos the Anni Barges are already TL and you don't have any Phaerons to help the warriors move and shoot. See how you go.

The points might be better getting SW for the overlords (phase shifters as well will allow you to detach the overlords and use them separately if you need to).
