Hey guys I have started planning on making my own Hydra Flank Tank for my Cadia Guard army. I have already started making the autocannons with broken mechinal pencils cuz they do come in handy for cannons .

Also im thinking of getting a Chimera and a Basilisk to toy arround w/ to make the Hydra and a Medusa .
But im also need to get Plastic card for making the cocpit and such stuff. Does anyone know where you can get Plastic card?

Any local hobby store should have it.

I use " Evergreen Scale Model Styrene " it comes in sheet as well as rod and strip give them a look online . If you go to a hobby store go to a model railroad shop they will have it and they should also have a other styrene company called "Plastructs" . By the way your Idea sounds great . I can't wait to see them .

The only poorly painted miniature is the one that is not painted.

Thanks and the Plastructs would most likely be at a store like hobbylobby at least?

Plastruct (no 's') or Evergreen are the two biggies in the US.

Sheet styrene is what plasticard is properly called.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

If you can't seem to get a hand on plasticard because of distance from your local hobby store or what have you, old gift cards and whatnot work just as well.

Hobbylobby shouldn't have it. They don't really carry those kind of items.

I have been using pieces of linoleum floor tiles. Its pretty easy to cut and real sturdy. And, with the sticky back, you can use less glue. And, at around $1.99 for a 12" x 12" piece, pretty cost effective. I have used it while making my tanks.

Plastikard is a brand name but its rather like hoover in its all encompasing name.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!
