if your dice do bad all game, like all ones and twos, you take one of them out (out of the store too) and smash it with a hammer. then you gather up the shards and put them back into your dice bag/cube, to remind the other dice of their fate if they don't behave.
I had my opponent use my scatter dice....It rolled hits the ENTIRE game for both of use.
And one time some magic player stole my dice to use. Or some care game. He didnt even ASK!! just took them when i wasn't looking.
Worse i do is kiss my dice.
So, there is one prevalent ritual at my FLGS. Punishing the dice. specifically, the offending dice are thrown in the general direction of the coffee shop a block away.
when we bother to recover them, they usually are showing 4+

Biggest I have is having color coded dice sets for each of my armies. My marines are primarily blue and gold, so are their dice, so forth and so on for the rest of my armies. If I roll the wrong dice for the army, bad things happen.
I'll occasionaly blow on the dice on an important roll as well. Usually works.
This actually made me spray milk and shreddies everywhere! Fantastic!
Death will come at the hands of the ancients, those who determined our fate aeons before we stood erect upon the holy ground of terra and gazed up into the starry night.
I usually say a prayer to Tzeentch and promise to sacrifice a guardsmen later if hell favor me with a good roll Never seems to work when i roll for Tau Railguns though

I've personally never been able to develop a way to roll dice that I've been successful with. I tend to be a pathologically unlucky person so it hasn't seemed to matter...
I did have a friend who would sort of slide the dice off his of hand after shaking them up (he didn't actually look at them) and the guy was insane at rolling well.
I later found out that he was "forgetting" a great many rules while playing against me (he got me started actually PLAYING the game, not just painting models) so it wouldn't surprise me if he also was using weighted dice or something.
I don't have any rituals.. but, I like to have blocks of those smaller chessex dice in the clear square boxes that they do.. with I think 36 to a set? I get nice, sparkly ones that are fun to roll, but if I happen to lose just 1 I feel like the magic is gone and I start looking for new dice.. so now I have a few blocks of 34 or 35 dice on my shelf that haven't been rolled in years...
I have a bunch (3 boxes) of the imperial dice that GW sold awhile back. I had to burn one from each box to make sure they rolled well. since then, I get consistent 4+'s. If I do a leadership, I use my opponents dice.
If I have ONE DIE to roll, I grip it between my thumb and middle finger ("6" side facing up) and, while tossing it in the air, "spin" it towards me.
It hits the table and bounces well. It rolls randomly, and can't be counted on to do anything special in general but, when I'm really in a tight spot or desperately need a high roll, I seem to get 5's and 6's a lot.
I'm sure it's all psychological, and I'm okay with that.
So are the voices.

I sometimes say "no whammy no whammy NO WHAMMY" like the other person who posted, and i used to do it for all of my dice, but now just for when i am bored or have time while waiting during my opponents turn, i put all of my dice with the 6 face showing up, even though it doesnt really do anything.
My friend would always throw dice pretty hard and hit me...and it would usually roll pretty well...

The only "thing" I do when rolling, is throw the dice hard, because I don't feel I get a good roll if I just do a normal roll. sometimes I compensate it by throwing the dices up in the air instead.
