Has anyone bought from Dark Art Miniatures, I would like to know how it went. I'm looking to buy some of their scenic bases for my blood angels and wanted to know if they are legit 'cause I couldn't find them on the Better Business Bureau site. What made you think they weren't legitimate?

They're well established and I've bought bases from them many times without any problems.

They're a UK company though which would be why you couldn't find them on the BBB.

Dark Art is great.

Btw, the BBB is not all it's cracked up to be.

They're legit, a buddy in the Navy uses their range of lava bases for his Eldar. All are of excellent quality, both design and production wise.

Got some of their urban bases for my marines...

The BBB is a racket. They give good ratings to those who pay for membership, and bad ratings to those who don't. And if they pay well enough, complaints are oft written off as frivolous. They are a "boys club" of the business world.

I put no stock in anything they say. I judge a business by it's policies, and by the reviews given by my peers or those local to the business' area.

As such, Dakka is a great place to ask for reviews on sites that might be lesser known.

Bought Urban and Infested bases from them. Nothing but good things to say, and shipping to the US was pretty quick to boot.

Bang for your buck, instead of buy GW 40mm bases, I used them to flesh out soem of my Deathwing with 20 bases. Great quality/fast shipping/CHEAP yet well made!

They supply bases to some B&M stores. I've bought Dark Arts bases from a place near/in Delaware, I believe. No complaints. Good stuff.
