Overall, looks good. Couple of minor questions:

a) Do you really need 2 StormTeks? (I assume that both are for the Gauss Immortals).

b) Suggest you make the immortals Tesla, cos you have scarabs for anti tank. Then you'll have better range disembarking.

c) I'd suggest you drop the particle beamers (or at least 2 of them) and get a fabricator claw and gloom prism instead (don't have my codex with me - not sure if the points work out). with the spyders, you'll have to keep moving them to keep up with the scarabs.

d) Maybe, with the points from the second lightningtek, add another scarab squad just in case you play someone and they DS something to kill the squad you start with.

I agree with markcron on all points.

With the overlord you could drop the mind shackles and save the points some people like them on their ccb overlords but i find when there comand barge gets killed they get killed easy anyway even with mindshackle and i pref to keep them cheap.

With the wraiths i would drop a whip and add a pistol for wound allocation, 3 whips should be plenty to get most of the squad down to I1,

the spyders should defo drop all the beamers take a claw array and a gloom prison because yes they should be trying to keep up with the scarabs and its makes them very hard to kill with wound allocation so in theory you have to loose 6 wounds before you kill off any of them obviously this isn't always the case

So for the points you have saved i would bulk out the immortals or the scarab squad by a few guys

MSS are always worth the investment and should always be taken where they can.
