I wouldn't personally run Skarbrand against another assaulty army. Remember that his buff works for them, and you. Also a standard Bloodthirster /w Blessing of the Blood God is 45p cheaper and just as daunting in CC.
I personally don't think unmarked or Khorne princes are worth it. I would recommend another grinder, or just save those points for more troops.
Lastly, if you roll up objectives as your mission: you're a dead man! You need more troops. 22 Bloodletters with their puny invulnerable save as their only defense won't last long at all against bugs at this points level. Thorax Swarms and containment spines will thin them out quickly, and since nids have terrible armor saves in general anyway, your hell blades won't affect his perception of combat losses all that much anyhow. I'd strongly recommend lots more troops in more than 2 squads, and of at all possible, some pink horrors to dakkadakka down his swarms (I know it's a theme list, but let's face it Bloodletters are made to eat marines and terminators, not bugs or boyz)

One last point is that you can probably drop tongue from your grinders, more points for more troops/third grinder.
