So a "1" rolled on the combat drugs table used to all 3 dice to be rolled for a fleet roll and choose the highest. In 6th Fleet is now totally different. Has anyone seen or heard any creditable errata rules for this?
Maybe roll your charge distance 3 times and choose the highest?
OR
Maybe the new entry would be 1: Drugs are bad, do not do drugs; your combat drugs have no effect.

No, the Codex says that they roll three dice when making Run moves, and pick the highest. Then, with the new Fleet, you could re-roll any/all/none of these and take the highest. So Hypex grants a phenomenally reliable 5-6" Run move, which is nothing to scoff at.

1 on the drugs table is now almost completely useless.

1 is now make up a benefit and apply it. last game i decided all my drug users had an extra hand. they spent the whole game just staring at it from various distances from their faces. it was neat.
