What is the best model proxie/build out there for Crusaders and DCA? If possible, sticking to GW material or full kits from other sources (please no metal/plastic card)

What about the head bitz for crusaders? I like the crusaders to feel like knights. The best way to describe the look I really want, is the Elite Armour set from Dark Souls (at least helmets, chaos warriors seem good, but I havent seen the actual conversion)
