I would love an explanation on how to use the wrecking ball on a ork trukk, I've never understood how.

May the heretic burn.

when you stop the model you can make one attack on something within 2 inches

on a 4+ it hits for a str 9 attack, but you cannot use it if you have moved more than 12 inches (13 w/ rpj) that turn

Can you hit fliers with it like the Grabbin' Klaw?

Yeah, if you can actually get the Wrecking ball within 2" of the Flyers hull.

Wait for an FAQ on flyers. Though it is a really big oversight as is bomb squigs hitting flyers.

They can just jump really high. That's no oversight.

Put wings on your squigs.

Carrier squigeons are a thing, ya'know.

That's only one step from kamikaze squigeons.

At least its the exact sort of thing you would expect from the Ork codex

Games rules are game rules. It may not make sense due to fluff but actually there are squigs for all aspects of ork life, everything an ork needs. An ork society might need a flying squig, so there could easily exist in the fluff.

Yes, this is why it works. The orks think the Squigs will hit the Flyer, therefore they will.

The Wrecking Ball will work too, if you can get to within 2" of the Flyer's hull with the Wrecking Ball. Something I very much doubt can be achieved.

Edit: arrrrghh, whats up the new quotes? They keep messing up!

raw you may grabba claw, or wrecking ball a flyer i believe... but expect it to be faq'd... as for bomb squigs i hope that isn't faq'd because even though it is ridiculous it is funny as hell ... the look on a greykn ight player when you inform him his stormraven full of paladins has been taken out by 3 flying pigs if pretty priceless and then they assume you are wrong until they can't prove releasing is a shooting attack and just seem confused and annoyed at how "op" orks are

Oh man, the image of an Ork Trukk with a Wrecking ball going full speed and the ball whirling overhead to smash into enemy fliers is absolutely hilarious.

I like the image of grabbing a zooming Razorwing with the Klaw and plowing it into the ground even better
