Thought I would share some of the project currently under way for my Ork army. Lots of conversions in here, taken from inspirations such as Wazzoo and other on the forums.

Currently on the design table is the following:

Nemisumfin Deff Dredd:

This is Kaptun Miffunz personal Deff Dredd for my army. Taken from the inspiration of Wazzoo's Dread Knight conversion. Still a lot to add on before painting but here's a few of the photos so far:







Warboss Gul Da Kutta:

This is a coversion from Gorbad Ironclaw (Warhammer Fantasy Kit), utilsiing parts from a Nobz box to bulk him out. The poor Crimson Fist is a donation from my space marine friend Adam



Big Mek Garuk:

Custom Big Mek made from the AoBR Warboss. Still need to add a number of snotlings to the model



MegaNobz:

This was followed loosely from a guide on creating your own MegaNobz from the AoBR Nobz. I've got a few more made up but only a photo of the one so far. Will post more when they are all ready for paint. THis guy just needs his Twin Linked Shoota fleshed out now.

Just a quick update with a short snap of the deff dredd now with a lick of paint. Will post up some better ones once I have real Internet back next weekend.

Cheers guys. More stuff is on it's way. The lack of internet at home is restricting right now.

I decided that the Gorbad Conversion is no longer large enough to lead the army. (I think he'd get stomped on pretty quickly by the mega nobz)

So I set out to create a new version of Gul Da Kutta in some very very large Mega Armour. As per the name, I wanted him to be pretty proficient at Kuttin things and thought that a bit of a spin on good old Marneus Calgar may be quite quirky.


The true king of 'fisting' it up am I right?

So yeah, decided that Gul should clearly have 2 Power Klaws and I'll mount his TL Shoota onto the klaws.

Here's an early WIP of what I have so far. You can see the size comparison with the Big Mek in the background; he's absolutely huge! The current trophy rack has a Grey Knight Paladin head, Necron Lord and a Tau Crisis Suit 'head' attached. May need a couple more!



Next Stage is adding a lot more rivets, finishing off his bosspole and also add a couple more chimneys, including one extending from his right shoulder blade.
