I'm honestly surprised at how many people have listed The Walking Dead as their favourite TV show, considering how God-awful the writing has been, not to mention the general perversion the show has been of the source material.

I found the Walking dead to be dead boring, myself.

But I got jaded by the whole zombie thing years ago.

I'll watch Burn notice, though - if it's on (mmm, Gabrielle Anwar is still cute).

Otherwise, it's QI, Grand Designs (Kevin McCloud can be a bit of a prat, but it's an enjoyable show) or Time Team.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).

Watching Star Trek: TNG from the beginning. One of the freeview channels is showing it and it's been a while.

Gave Spartacus: Blood And Sand a go, and quite enjoyed it. After a few episodes the show finds its feet and offers more than the OTT sex and violence; series finale was fantastic!

On the subject of John Hannah, I would be watching A Touch Of Cloth if I had access to Sky. I'm a fan of Charlie Brooker's work, and Hannah is cut out to play the role of hand-wringing spoof detective.

I'm still addicted to Seinfeld, Arrested Development, and Stargate: SG-1...the only "new" shows that I'm watching are Breaking Bad and Star Wars: Clone Wars. But I'm barely home enough to watch TV and I only have Netflix, so I'm always behind on current shows

EDIT: I also watched up to the end of Season 5 of Supernatural. It was an amazing show also, but I got burnt out on it...and I thought ending after that season was a good decision lol.

Only watched the 1st episode so far, but it was very well done. Worth a watch if one has the chance.

A fair few of the previously mentioned shows are ones I watch. I've also recently become strangely fond of " Man versus Food" which has me fluctuating between nodding appreciation and possibly even envy and a mixture of horror and despair.

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.
