After waiting patiently all day, my online order for the limited edition hasn't arrived, so im asking quickly

I ordered online and I too have waited all day, but I gess it will arive on monday.

Same thing here, paid extra to make sure i got it on release, and now i get it monday -_-

So silly. Got an email on wednesday saying it had been dispatched, and cleared the day thinking i could work on it. Working all week now, so it'll be next saturday before i can spend some time with the kit =/

Excatly in the same boat as you, I live on the Isle of Wight so expect everything from everyone to be late. -_-

I can do you one better. I ordered in store because in Edinburgh the Games Workshop had a drawing and you got tickets by buying Dark Vengeance. Worker told me I could have it delivered home or store, either way it would be here today. Of course I waited all day, didn't come, so when I went in for the drawing I told him as much. The manager explained to him/me/us that I would get it Monday, only the in store deliveries would be here Saturday. Wish he would of told me, I was going to the store anyways. Last time I trust a GW store employee.

I ordered mine within minutes of it appearing as a pre-order on the GW page and figured I would spring for the express shipping this time around. I had originally got my shipped email on Wednesday so was more optimistic of it having a chance of arriving on/before release day. However a rather disappointing phone call later informed me that the shipped email meant it was in a final stage of packing and would ship the Friday, and that my express shipping meant I should get my hands on it on Monday. Disappointing but not entirely unexpected, and if I didn't browse forums showing off all the Dark Vengeance goodness I would likely be less disappointed (At times it feels like being a kid who's being shown everyone else playing with their xmas presents and being told to wait 3 days for mine).

Silver lining being my wife has reminded me I now have a chance to finish painting my existing marines before starting on the next lot.

Sadly I live in the U.S. so the mail doesn't run on Monday. So I'll have to wait until Tuesday at the earliest.

Really don't see the point in preordering the thing now. I mean if you want it on the day of release you have to go to your local store on the day of release to pick it up... Uh, then why wouldn't you just buy it there instead? So instead I'm waiting till monday, when that £4 express delivery charge could have gone towards £3.70 getting a train to my local shop.

Oh, and apparently the "shipped on Wednesday" thing is nonsense. It arrived at their shipping center on Wednesday, but didn't get sent out till Friday apparently (or at least the ones going to people's homes didn't). =/

In short annoyed, secondly because when I could have been converting/painting those plastic cultists for a game on Tuesday, I'm going to wind up bringing unpainted models to the game instead (if it does show up on Monday...seeing as I'll be out of the house during delivery hours ¬¬).

But there was a point to pre-order for me. 'Got mine at 08.00 at the "day of release". ok I am not in the UK..

I was all excited too, when I got home on saturday there was a ''You weren't home notice,'' I thought it was DV, so I went to get it from under the bin, but it was a DVD from amazon.

I'm still a little bit annoyed by the express option, as I didn't do that for 6th edition and got the big book on the Monday after anyways.

So I was expecting it to come Saturday, Amazon can delivery next day on a Saturday and it seems I foolishly assumed GW would as well.
The excuse that the express equals Monday delivery is a bit of a fib in my view based on the fact I got the 6th book without it on the Monday, and I'll be telling them such tomorrow.
