Well done notch, you can get leaves but when you place them they disappear like when the are attached to trees after them being cut down.

Yeah leaf blocks are still pretty useless.

I logged off shortly after you went up on the tower thing to look around, sorry dude =/

I had the same issues, now I have all of my rare stuff in various hidden chests and only run around with cobble and dirt and such unless I am building.

NOOOOO! Lost alot of stuff.

I would have got it back, but then the server crashed...

Why did the server roll back? I lost a ton of annoying work. Seriously.

We rolled back yesterday 6 hours due to horrible server corruption.

We crashed today and were set back an hourish.

There was just another crash losing about the last 20 mins or so. However, these are the same crashes we used to get in 1.5,1.6 etc. Perhaps just more often because more people are on playing with the new stuff.

Nah, not the simplecraft. It doesn't improve the game appearance at all IMO.

I'd recommend one of the HD packs. Or the bordercraft/borderland (can't remember the exact name) texture pack. I like its cartoony style.

Not used it myself, but the painterly pack looks quite good.

It's definitely good. I personally use it all the time.

I really like the fact that you can customize your textures with the painterly pack.

First test chamber done and the first test subject passed with flying colours.

Mr Schadenfruede, I don't usually judge people purely on their actions until I get to know them, but if you're forced to anonymously cause others grief in order to get your kicks, then I pretty much assume that you've failed miserably at your life, and I feel sorry for you, I really do; the fact that you're going to be stuck on your computer in your mum's basement for the rest of your life, however, is very much your own fault, and for that, I don't pity you.
