To be honest, the light effects on the ground look a little off, IMO. But the light effects on the actual suit look awesome!

one thing that bugs me is seeing the pin coming out of the palm of tigurius' hand. either slap some more GS on the end of the pin and paint it up or have the lightning start from the fingertips and disguise the pin as a finger. from side-on (the top photo), seeing the pin is really distracting.

that said, though, this is quite awesome. the OSL on the suit is great!

This is really my only gripe as well. The execution of the entire thing is absolutely superb, but I feel it's a bit awkward right around his hand. It could use some "magic missile muzzle flash" to cover up that pin.

All in all, great work.

Quite stunning! I have to say the OSL on the ground looks better the further away from the source it is. Those objects sticking up a little ways away are perfectly executed.

But agree... fix up the pin, it jumps out at me as well (which detracts from how great this is)

The battelsuit lighting is amazing, and Tiguruis is pretty well painted too, but I just don't like the ground. It seems just... wrong...

This is amazing. Simply stunning. Most dioramas are so static as to be ridiculous, but I love this. While still relatively "still" the obvious action captured is phenomenal. Great job on the OSL and awesome job rendering the illusion of actual time. I feel like you even managed to capture an air of surprise in the Tau commander.

NICE. Tigurius is going all Emporor Palpatine on some Tau. Like it!

Really nice! Live the lighting effects. I feel that the base needs a little more work as it is so big. It just needs a few little things on it that make it more interesting without detracting the eye from the duel. Maybe some ultramarine armour parts painted blue, scattered on the floor, or some grass tufts... just to break up the earthy colour a bit. Otherwise I think it's fantastic!
