Love the pose on that kneeling dude. Is the symbol on the sarge's parchment freehand? It looks great.

Yellows look nice and smooth and contrast well with the reds. Excellent job on the parchment as well. There's a lot of character in this unit! I would change the color of the chest eagles, though. At least the skulls, they look kind of plain.

The skulls also come in the Genestealer kits. There's one on each head sprue, I believe.
