Maybe on ebay but you will have to find those issues. There is another post on this subject somewhere else in this forum.....

White Dwarf US issues #379 and #380 or
White Dwarf UK issues #380 and #381

There should be a small black line on the top of the issues' front (yeah, they didn't even get their own cover) saying something like "Official Codex Sisters of Battle".

I'd recommend ebay as well, that's where I got mine. There are a number of small magazine/newspaper shops in there which sell backissues online. Good luck!

Sisters of Battle got a splash release Codex that got OOP within a month. GW thinks this is a good idea.
Guess most people wouldn't mind you using the old 3rd edition Witchhunter Codex.

Find it somewhere on the internet and give GW the one finger salute for being completely stupid in this case.

Okay, I have the old witchhunter codex I can just use that? I only plan on fielding a small army of about 2x Squads and a Canoness as allies for my Space Marines

3500pts The United

Yeah, would be nice if GW provided something official / legit (Even putting a copy up on the website) but it's crazy hard and almost prohibitively expensive to get the codex (and the models...).

So at the end of the day, until they provide an easy to access copy (ipad ebook doesn't count.), find one of the various alternate options floating about.

I'd be much happier if they had plastic models, right now a minimum squad is something like $60. I'm hoping they go the way of the Blood Angels and get an actual Codex and a redone model range sometime soon, but they've never been one of the more popular armies. Probably because it's $60 to get one minimum Troops squad.
