Just bought a LE addition of Dark Vengeance from my LFGS. Started separating the chaos from the DA as soon as I got home and after I got through all the sprues I noticed I was missing the biker sergeant, the librarian, the chapter master, and the tactical heavy weapons and sergeant. further review found that I had received 2 of the sprues with the hellbrute on it.

So my question is, what do I do to replace that sprue? Contact GW? Return to my LFGS (I doubt it cause I already cut the sprues)?

Call and explain what happened. They may make you send the bonus sprue back, might not. GW support is great, they sent me replacement parts for the miscast parts of my DV sprue

GW will send you a replacement sprue. They are very good at replacing faulty product.

GW's got great customer service. They sent me an extra Strike Cruiser once since the one I ordered off their website came a week after the 'should arrive no later than this date' date.

All of the boxes that my friends and I bought from our FLGS were missing the Hellbrute sprue (but contained an extra of one of the other sprues). We called up GW, and they mailed us the missing sprues within a week. One thing you might need is the batch number on the box, which is in small white print along the outside bottom edge of the lid.

This was concluded rather easily. GW does have some awesome customer service.
