Here I was given a limited edition Kommander Sorscha, the colour scheme was the clients idea.

Amazing. Where did you get the wooden section for the base, did you build or buy that?

I do adore the model.

However, only because I consider it as a very high standard example, let me dare to tell you that if the ice effect is fantastically realized on the sides of the base the same awesomeness can't be seen on his horizontal surface.

It may be picture but I do find it too much flat/mat/neutral.

Again, I do put this model in the masterpieces category and is just because of this that I dared a critic.

For the Lion and Terra!

Because nothing in the galaxy is black and white, Mankind views the Space Marines as a last resort. The last line. When all else fails. They take up the burden. The noble defenders of Mankind. The last hope.

With finecast you can bypass the washing stage and throw them straight into the bin.

Or cut out the middleman and just flush some money down the toilet.

Wow, I'm completely flattered!! Thanks so much for all the comments and critiques. I've only been painting minis a year and all tips are of great value to me.

Sorsha was handed to me partially painted (some base colors laid out with a general feel for a color scheme) and assembled which made her an extra challenge. I broke her from her base and fought with the inside of her cloak. I felt that she was such a unique and rare model that she deserved some special treatment. Hope you all enjoy her
