I'm trying for this next weekend He gets the first 20 troops and 5 heavy teams, so I have to cast those for him, then I can begin to put them on the store. That means might be following week. This week I'll get 3 dwarf up as almost everyone wants rozmax stuff in metal, go figure? Then a few goblin and small additions.

That said 2 weeks I should have the trenchers ready, might be sooner. Followed by Demogorath, spider queen, demon on foot altered versions , build wight king and vamp chick. That will be a good week of stuff. Also trying to work in his ganger everyone keeps hounding me about. ;D

There are also a few things like a dang sister, rat swarm by toads and his goblin which I mentioned, 3 I think, mather nice little figures. After all those are done we get into the second wave which is very good and has the wyvern and orc rider, Ice's walker, revliss assassin chick, kobarfs mutants and a few additions of his, cyclons awesome alien stuff, and builds lizardmen reworked.

Ed hasn't even cast the big alien (as far as i know) so i doubt a price will be announced anytime soon. however, that doesn't mean you can't enoy the new alien models (fedder tendril head for the brain anyone? also the two different bodies.) and the upcoming stuff.

Is there a plan to make the Mino at least semi-modular? Since one buys Minos in units, it'd be nice to have some option to keep a "common look" (i.e. not needing to go with different sculptor's visions) without being stuck with one pose.

As I've mentioned previously, the minotaurs will be a multipart kit that builds 3 models. each model is broken down into head, body and arms. there will be about 6-9 heads, options to give them hand weapons, hand weapons and shields, great weapons and 2 hand weapons. all the weapons are blunt weapons like maces, cleavers, axes, war-picks etc. and there will be a sprue o optional details like pouches and trophies. there will also be components to make a command group. at some point i'll also be making a multipart minotaur lord kit though that will probably be in my next wave o projects along with a cyclops (harryhausen style) and a jabberwock . the above picture is quite old, it was taken beore i'd started making arms and there are a ew areas like the back, muzzle and ar leg that still hadn't been inished i i recall correctly. I only released the sneak peek because people had been nagging me or pictures.

You had me at herro, I love these models so much I would be estatic to see a game system out of it.

I'd love to see something like that happening too, that and also some background material. We've been kind of working on some projects revolving that, but things are going slow.

To everybody else, sorry for the lack of more updates, there is a lot of WIP stuff I'd like to show and some messages from Ed as well, but I'm currently in the middle of preparing my trip to South America. I will probably post some more stuff next week!

Technoscream has been working with 3d printing technology which enabled him to create this fellow:

Not 100% sure yet, but after a few tweaks it will probably be cast by Ed and made into a multipart robot kit.

Boy oh Boy - 2010 is turning out to be an awesome year for non GW models.

The sculpting standards of this newer business are so far in advance to the usual POS that we have come to expect from small companies. There is some real talent on display lately and new techology seems to be allowing it to come to the fore.

I rarely used to buy models outside of Rackham metals and GW - now there is Raging Heroes, Soda Pop, Troll Forge, that Canadian couple who make resin models and even hasslefree have improved this last year or so.

Eh, there really is no scale for it. It has to fit 20 models or a Carnifex, AND survive landing on the ground. I can see the bottom half just being "padding" for the creatures inside.

It is a bit larger then I would go (the pod), I can understand the scale, but I could see players trying to abuse it a bit to hide LOS and for cover.

Its pretty dang huge (I may or may not have an issue with someone playign that against me, it sorta is like someone useing a small creature for a Tervigon.).

It looks good though.

Very impressive. I will definitely be purchasing both the space pirate, and the psyker-looking guy.
