I was just about to say how well the texture had come out in the cast, but you lot had all ready mentioned it.

But great looking bases, I like the bike base with half an oil drum, could add a little hight to bikes.

Have you thought of doing some trench sections like this, you have the basic idea just with higher sides, some kind of plating or boards to support the sides.

Its both Biz plan and hobby...

Yep Ive got some already designed, but will be doing more once I've got a base set of stuff done.

Fixed that for you. There's nothing in that batch I sent you that is pressing. In fact, I'm thinking about making some masters like Dave is doing and send those instead. If you're going to be putting time, $$$, and effort into making molds / casting then it should be salable w/o any copyright / IP issues.

Well I've made my first sale to an acquaintance, and I've got one of my FLGS local store to agree to allow me to sell my bases through them. I really need to contact the other two that are nearby to see what I can work out with them.

Pics of the Bin o Bases to take to the FLGS as soon as I have signed an agreement.

Rivet Zone... (it just seemed.... fitting somehow) The bases and scenery stuff will be sold under the name "Trenchable Terrain"

I've been getting hammered by RL again... spent last night in an ER getting my Sis processed for a mental health eval/treatment. today is my Bday and I have gotten little of the prep for the party done as I am still more than a little brainfried from getting my sis processed. (I got home from the ER processing at around 3:30 am...)

In other news I've started to sculpt the masters for the WM/H round style of lipped bases in the same style as the bevel sided ones.

Ive got 3 120mm "colossal" style rounds done, and 5 smalls, and 2 meds and 2 larges done.

I'll get WIP pics up later today or early tomorrow.

I can't wait to use some of your bases myself Galorn.

hey mate... that sounds grave... again... man you have some serious stuff going on in your family... i hope that your sister gets better...(i skip the soon here... somethings have to just take the right amount of time...)

Since these were taken I've gotten the rest of the smalls done, 9 of 10 mediums, 3 of 5 large, and three huge ones.

well then happy belated birthday old man!

and again those bases look very cool... when i am a bit settled for my paycheques maybe around december (there are some overdue stuff to buy and pay off) then i will start ordering from you...be sure of that!

The Masters are now done for the WM/H round lip style of bases in the same "scheme" as my bevel sided (aka 40k style) bases
The "small" (30mm) size, and the "medium" (40mm) size bases are in the process of being moulded.

Yep, and more in the pipeline once the WM/H is done.

The WM/H bases are mostly done. ( I need to make moulds for the Huge bases)

@ Dave: I need to get some ultra fine sandpaper to polish up the tiles you sent me but those should be getting moulds made tomorrow or tuesday.

@ Skalk: the 2 sided doorway will be getting moulded up tomorrow as well.

The website for my (and other's stuff, that I'm selling) will hopefully be up by the end of the week. I'm not sure when the Webstore will go live, but it should be shortly therafter.
