That mech is too obviously made from lasercut pieces, you have to work harder to hide that imo (as CNC Workshop normally does). So yeah, is that their model?

I thought they were doing laser cutting for their products now.

Hmm.. I thought it looked like their style, I think it's still WIP though. Anyway, here's the post I stole it from

Maybe he knows it'll just cue a ton of posts asking when the other stuff will be ready?

I didn't bother with Deadzone terrain after seeing CNC stuff, it's amazing and I don't need no stinkin clips!

Not too shabby. I can see using both of those. They're now on the list.

So, I actually LOVE that mech.

My one question on it is what looks to be the hanging chains under the missile pods. I'm not sure what those are there for, or if I just am seeing them wrong. But looking at the model they seem slightly out of place. Would they be optional or part of the structure?

Never been a fan of laser cut scenery to be honest, however you really have taken it to a new level and these have got me drooling amazing work and extremely detailed.

I can see me investing in these great work

They are to protect the waist from incoming fire. Israeli tanks have them. Yes, they could be left off, and doing so will allow the turret to rotate far more freely too.

Okay, WAS going to call this the Pythoon , but it's more of a snake reference and dosn't fit well with the zephyr penguin parentage. So. TORNADODO!!

The Cargo pod/ troop carrier will be removable, and I'll probably muck about a bit further with some sort of undercarriage.

And no, I haven't got a release date yet.

Very interesting design, an undercarriage sounds like a good idea. Torna-Dodo, eh? I can dig it

Oh man that is my absolute favorite so far. Must have.

The troop carrier doesn't quite work though. I think it's not long enough or something.

I am just flabbergasted, and wracking my brain trying to figure out if it'll fit into the somewhat patchwork aesthetics I'm working on for my renegade guard to use as a Vendetta.

Quite like the building. Reminds me of the old cardboard Firebase in 40k for some reason.

Really love the stuff on show here; fantastic use of the materials.

*Vague musing*
Would it be possible to produce these at 15mm or 6mm scale by slightly simplifying the design and using thinner sheets of wood? Just a thought that might expand the market.
