Oop, I see the sarge/champion with his mohawk hiding back there. Looking forward to seeing how he turns out. Congrats on breaking into your greenstuff!

Greenstuff looks really good for your first try. I'm barely able to use it to cover cracks

Awesome. I keep hoping for a new version with all the stuff going on with Necromunda and GW's nostalgia mining. The Enforcers are cool and all, but they aren't THIS cool.

I couldn't agree more, the new enforcers have grown on me but I still greatly prefer these old school arbites.

I got some star stuff these go together, right?

I picked up some Cawdor gang minis, super excited to paint them. They are and always have been my favorite Necromunda models, though all of them are pretty great..

Anyways, I'm slowly working on my 3rd Arbites, here's a WIP pic..

The lawman is looking good. Nice detail adding the book.

And Fett has always been my favorite Star Trek character.

Ooh, great zappy effect on the maul. The striped pistol is icing on the cake. No harm at all in bulking up to a 5-man squad, is there?

They look great! Second the effect on the maul, good job

Thanks,

Thanks! I was kinda winging it on the power maul, glad it turned out as well as it did. I definitely intend to go ahead and track down an arbites with a bolter and the arbites champion with the big eagle helm and see if I can stop myself there

I was fortunate enough to get some great new stuff this week, courtesy of my wonderful wife...

First, some models I've wanted for a long time now..

And some super exciting new star stuff

The walking dead miniature game, I love the minis in this one a lot..

And last but not least, another enforcer for my squad of Arbites, this one with the bolter (courtesy of ebay)

Not arriving until tomorrow but no less exciting is the Song of Ice and Fire boxed game, another game that has some really awesome minis in it. I have to admit I didn't finish watching the show and only made it a few seasons in before finding myself without enough time to keep up with it, but the miniatures in this box are so cool and really satisfy that part of me that just desperately wants to paint a bunch of knights

No doubt, now I just need a few more Arbites

Here's the last of the goodies...

I can't wait to get started on these, tons of cool minis and my first real "batch painting" challenge. Wish me luck!

Work is crazy at the moment, but I've started the other half of the P.E. and started base painting a female zombie from the Walking Dead box. Wip pics coming... eventually

Hope you guys are finding time for the hobby!

Great job on all the parchment!

The Penitent Engine looks fabulous so far... the old ones are a major pain structurally, but aesthetically I like them just as well as the new plastics. I'll second the nod to the purity seals, and the level of detail in general... love the base!

Yeah, the Penitent Engine is looking fantastic.

I really like the old Arbites models too.

Though guards may sleep and ships may lay at anchor, our foes know full well that big guns never tire.

Thank you! I really like the sculpt, but it is definitely a bit of a pain. That base was a lot of fun, and it's nice to finally execute something I've been planning for so long.

Thanks, I can't get enough of the old arbites. They are definitely among my all time favorite GW minis.

I've taken a diverison from the 2nd half of the PE to do my first mini from the Walking Dead: All Out War box. I tried to go for a more cartoony look, kinda regretting using the BFTBG...

My daughter and I also finished our Crimson Fists project, hers is on the right and honestly probably looks better than mine

Thanks Cam, hope you're doing well my friend.

I haven't painted much lately, but I did some conversions with the beastmen the wifey got me so I can add them to my 40k chaos army...

Thanks for having a look
