Strange as this sounds, it seems that cultists made into plague zombies by Typhus cannot be given mark of Nurgle, which is really strange.
Typhus' description says that cultists made into zombies "cannot purchause options"; and since marks are options - no marks of nurgle for plague zombies (of nurgle).
Is this correct?

Look at this thread.
Zombies when nominated cannot purchase options. RAW. What that can mean for marks depends on which side you fall in on, if you go with what I say no marks, no nothing, no more than 10 men. If you go with others, maybe you can have a mark.

It's not the size of the blade, it's how you use it.

No, Zombies (once nominated) cannot purchase options.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

zombies are mindless, soulless. You need a soul to pledge it to nurgle, so no marking

Please try to be a bit more precise. They cannot *purchase* options, not they cannot *have* options.

Your way of saying things has no basis in the actual rules for when Typhus can nominate, and just assumes you are restricted when you are not

Happy now?
