Here is my finished crimson fist Termie sergeant. I wanted to see how fast i could do this guy. all in it took me around three hours so not that fast and i missed a mould line!!!

But I see some mouldlines and that ruins it somewhat. I also need to work on mouldline removal :-P it's boring as h..... . But I love the paintjob, the base is awesome too

Sure gladly.
Base orkhide green
Then gradient layers of
Dark angels green
1:1 da green and snot green
Snot green
1:1 snot and scorpion green
Tip of the blade in scorpion green
Very tip skull white.
Lightening effect from the tip watered down snot green with scorpion green highlight.

Really good work. I'd echo Element, great use of washes. The face and the leather look really good. As indeed does the base.

And, by the way, 3 hours isn't that bad. I'm a really slow painter. Currently trying to strike a balance between speed and quality. You're doing much better than me.

Beautiful paintjob. Mold line on the left hand and some on the little shoulder shield somewhat lessen the model as a whole though. Really digging the sword though. That looks great. The skin also looks superb.
