I've come across this picture numerous times, and it's featured in the Tactica Imperialis in the section on the Lyubov Campaign. I have no idea which regiment it is, and I haven't been able to find out from other sources:

Any tips? It may be any of the infantry regiments mentioned in the book:

Edit: Did some digging - looks like they're the 122nd Cadian. And they were featured in the 3rd e. Codex Cityfight in a scenario against Night Lords.

They are Cadians, the old style metal models from before the plastics were released.

Other than the red shoulderpads, they kinda remind me of the 8th Necromunda "Spiders" color scheme..seriously old school there.

It's the cover to Cityfight, the predeciessor to Cities O'Death.

The guardsmen are Cadians in their old metal uniforms (before the plastic bucket head uniforms). At some point there was a WD 'Cityfight' army list which represented units that had been fighting in the ruins so long they'd lost a lot of organization. Hence they look a bit more rag tag than usual.

I recognized the equipment of the artwork as being the same as the 3rd edition Guardsmen. Luckily, I managed to dig out the Codex: Cityfight and sure enough, I'm convinced the 122nd is the same regiment on the cover. While most of the Cadians in the Vogen scenario have black shoulder pads, the men in the Armored Fist Squad/Chimera squad have red pads. So perhaps fluff-wise the 122nd uses a red shoulder pad to denote mech or veteran squads.
