My brother and I have been painting mini's for years now. He doesn't show off his work very often and is not a gamer other then Warhammer Quest. I thought that his Papa Nurgle was so good I have to share it with y'all.

How did he achieve that red?

I love the stench of Gryphonne Sepia in the morning. Smells like... PAINTING!

Well, he stars with black primer and then dry brushes white all over to pull the detail out. Then he uses a dark red, with a dry brushed red and then pink and then a lighter pink and then a red wash. After he finishes and seals it in dull, he comes back with a gloss, brushed on, to make certain areas look wet.
