Is it possible to limit/target subscriptions to threads.
For example
Subscribe to a posts by a blog owner.
Or subscribe to a user within a thread, should you find a person entertaining.

Some blogs are awesome but the owner posts maybe once a month, but the blog picks up a few post every other day.
It just annoying to check the thread to see some new stuff, and be disppointed that its only been bumped by followers.

While technically possible, the additional load requirements on the database and cache are something I'd prefer to avoid at this time.
