Ok so I'm kinda fed up of being ripped off by GWs batpoop insane prices, but now I've been gifted to oppotunity to get my own back!
I've been sent not one but 2 rather expensive replacement forgeworld models after returning a defective model to a GW store.
Now with my feelings of being ripped off by GW it seems ever so tempting to keep the 2nd replacement but it also feels dishonest.
So what would you guys do if you found yourself in my situation?

Keep it. Keep it. Keep it. /e: No wait, send it to me. Seriously though, GW gives a flying cra...nberry about their customers, there's no moral issue involved. Enjoy your free model!

Contact them about it and see if they will even want you to return it. I know some places would rather just not bother having it due to restocking costs or something like that.

Let GW know, they will most likely tell you to keep it. Your moral dilemma will be over and you will still have both models.

Email them about it.
Something like,
Hey, you sent me two replacement models instead of one. Did you mean to do that?
If you provide for shipping I wouldn't mind sending it back.
They'll probably just tell you to keep it rather than having to pay return shipping.

Keep it, however for morality, you are better off asking them.
By then, they'll tell you to keep it.
No point of wasting $15 to ship a $3 resin.

The cost of producing the model wouldn't be as much as the shipping fees-not even taking into account the documentation, etc too-, so they'll probably just let it slide. If they let you keep it then they come across as being nice guys in the situation. If they ask for it back then they're not making any friends, as its causes an annoyance for them. Hey you've been given a free model, bothering to tell GW about such a small thing'll just lead to the same result as if you just kept it.

Okay, so on closer inspection the model has a overflow misscast that's going to make it somewhat difficult to assemble.
No longer have any quams about keeping it as if I'd payed for it I'd ask for a replacement anyway.

Yeah, keep it regardless. They didn't have to send you two models.
In any case, they show very little interest in feedback about their products, so why would they care about feedback regarding their product replacement system

If you got an extra nugget at McDonald's, would you return it?
I don't see how this is any different. It's certainly not a moral dilemma.

If I noticed an extra nugget, I would let them know and offer to pay. At least then my karma is clean.
I always notify cashiers if they give me too much change and if I find money on the street I try to find out where it came from and either provide it to the store I am in or turn it into someone's tip jar or donate to charity.
I found 40$ on the floor at Safeway and when I was checking out I told the cashier. She said a woman was just trying to check out but had seemingly lost her money and went to her car to look for it. So I was able to return it to her as it fell out of her purse.
If Any company made a mistake and shipped me too much product, I would contact the company and see what they wanted done with it. If they wanted me to return it, I would. If they said I could keep it, I would probably give the extra piece to a friend.
I see nothing wrong with contacting GW.

As anybody who has worked in retail of any sort can tell you, there is a huge difference for the worker between product and cash. A chicken nugget is product that is tracked in inventory, but not too closely. Cash, of any sort, is always tracked to the penny. If you get a few extra nuggets, nobody will get in trouble, nobody will lose time. If you get an extra $1 in change, somebody will get in trouble, and there will be a lot of time spent balancing the drawers.
If you view moral questions solely in terms of getting things you don't deserve, than sure, you can compare all kinds of things to this question. I view this moral dilemma by comparing the value of the product against my level of inconvenience to rectify the situation.
For a mail order product, it's off course more difficult. I think the best action would be to let FW know, but the most convenient method (like the email they never seem to check), and wait for instructions. A mistake in your favor is a legal windfall, but I see a small moral duty to return the goods. Seeing as FW would need to pay for shipping going back, its hard to see them requesting that.

You'd pay for extra nuggests to balance your karma?
I'm kinda shocked. What about the times when you get one less nugget? Do you demand satisfaction?

If I was in the store, I would probably say something. Otherwise, I would probably put 35cents in the McDonald house change bin next time I was there.
If they forget an item I have paid for, I will say something. If they give me an item which they forgot to ring up, I will tell them. I don't feel the need to cheat or defraud companies for personal gain. People make mistakes, and if they make a mistake I my favor, it doesn't sit we'll with me especially when it is so easy to simply correct it.
If you call FW and they say "keep it" then you did the right thing. If they tell you to return it and send you an RMA ticket or something, then you also are not out anything. If I expect companies to get my order right and not short me on things, I feel it is reasonable for me to be willing to fess up if they over ship something. Considering how many people I see lie about not receiving orders or wrong orders to get free stuff because they know companies roll over and eat it, and I pay for those via increased prices, I don't want to be part of that.

Most likely not. Even on the rare case when I was actually eating in the restaurant, Id not likely bother for one nugget...Im not usually THAT hungry. However, your argument is valid in general.
Ill go along with the folks recommending you contact them. If they tell you to keep it, then your clean and your good to go. If they want it back, and are willing to pay return shipping, then send it back.

Look at GW's net profit versus Turnover and then look at much larger companies Net Profit V Turnover and when you realize how much GW makes on their products you will have a moment of clarity and make the right choice.
On another note if you do send it back I will slap the bejesus out of you on principal.
