This is the second version of a Blood Raven codex I have been working on for a while, I apologies for the delay in the release of this. Any feedback is welcome on any part of the codex is well come, I hope you enjoy it.

It's a cool idea, but you've written too many rules (the corruption rules are pretty long) and the sheer number of Librarians you've allowed could easily get out of hand. Try making Epistolaries HQ and Codicers Elites like what the Blood Angels book instead of allowing any number of Librarians as one HQ choice; also Kyras is a bit over the top, I don't see him as Ahriman-level psychic power, being crazy and Khorne-worshipping and all.
