Decided to make a list just for fun. I dont even play regular Marines but I was talking to a buddy of mine and I thought of this. I realize its low on troops, but it has plenty of scoring.

Whose chapter tactics are you using?

yeah cause you either use vulkan's to make all flamers meltas etc t-l, OR Pedro's to make sternguard scoring. can't use both!

This is why I am glad I dont actually play this army (no embarrassment). I didnt realize Kantor's ability to get sternguard as scoring was chapter tactics. I was hoping for twin linked metla/flamer with Vulkan, but I suppose it will need to be tweaked. I suppose it could still work without Vulkan or Kantor, just has to be planned around.

You can still take both, but if you do I would use Vulkan's tactics. Pedro still provides the +1 A 12" bubble which is nice, and an orbital bombardment.

Talked to my bud, decided that the best option is to take one or the other's chapter tactics depending on enemy and game type. Good for me because I dont have to redesign a list. Back To GK and BT for me!
