Im about to start building a Death company box I received for christmas, and I was wondering what the best loadout for them would be. Its gonna be a 5 man squad, with jump packs.
My current idea is with 1 powerfist, but im not sure whether to give them bolters or bolt pistol/ccws. Can jump pack DC have bolters?

Yes, DC with jump packs can be equipped with bolters. As for the best loadout, well imho that never means jump packs as packs cost 15 points each, and while jump packs are better in 6E they're still not worth the cost of strapping the proverbial marine to one's back imho.
Still, if you're doing a 5 man jump DC squad with no Chaplain/Reclusiarch/Lemartes, I would do 1 with bolter/powerfist and the 4 others with bolter/chainsword. That way you're highly mobile, can shoot a fair amount putting down 10 shots most of the time, and you have a chance to deal with anything in assault while still having enough attacks to be respectable.

5 in a drop pod are much better than giving them Jump Packs.
Give them 1 Pfist and everyone bolters.

Putting them in a DP means that they have to stand there and take a butt load of fire for an entire round before they can even do wheat they are good at. ASSULTING. Whats a PF doing just standing there? Nothing.

Guarded Grey Knight Terminator

This is the crux of the issue of DC, delivery. I personally dump them out of a Stormraven but I run Lemartes because mass rerolling a dice cube amuses me, so the raven is needed.
In terms of wargear, before the Rage change I gave them all pistols unless they were packing a special CCW like a fist. Now it's a bit more of a matter of preference. DC still rely to an extent on quantity of attacks over quality, and an extra close combat attack is more valuable if you're charging something rough enough you won't just murder it, but there's only a pretty narrow band of targets where you'd rather have the extra melee swing than the extra shot. If you're planning to charge at people and get stuck in a lot, pistols are better for fighting long combats. If you're just using them as a countercharge unit, bolters are the option.
Be warned though, jump pack DC are hideously expensive. If you want terminator-priced jumpers you might as well get Sanguinary Guard and a 2+ save with power weapon for your troubles.

I understand DC's expense. I am already running a SG squad, and i want to make use of the death company.
1 with bolter/powerfist and the 4 others with bolter/chainsword is probably the way i will go, at the moment, any other ideas?

5 in a Storm Raven, plus LeMartes. Give 2 Power Weapons (Maces, probably) and one a Power Fist. This gives you a LOT of attacks, LeMartes gives re-rolls for hits and wounds, and you're hitting mostly at S6+. That unit of death can kill anything they hit. I used to run, in 5th, 5 w/ power swords and LeMartes. 6th readjusts that loadout, but something similar should still work.

If i decide to stick lemartes in, would something like this be the best for the group?

1) Jump packs for 5 marines costs 75 points, for 10 it is 150, a Drop pod is 35.
2) Using the jump packs turn one means that they have to stand there and take a butt load of fire for an entire round before they can even do what they are good at. ASSULTING. Whats a PF doing just standing there as it jumps up the field? Nothing.
3) You want to keep this unit fairly cheap, as many opponents will focus on them because they are so deadly in CC.

Pod or Stormraven are the best delivery methods. Jump Packs are overpriced.
I usually run a unit of 7-10 with one hammer and one fist, although honestly the hammer's just there because I like the model. 1-2 fists is a good, inexpensive way to field them.
With a Reclusiarch (or just about half his cost in power axes) they hit like a truck. But don't overspend on them, because they're not so great when they don't get the charge.

If you must use DC, I still think a LR is a decent value. It protects them from getting shot up and gives them the same charge range as jump packs.

if you dont give them all bolters its wasting their relentless ability. to me this is one thing that people overlook, and makes them so strong imho. Also the reason i give them JP.
What's a single extra attack per person in the assualt if you can fire at them before you even get there. More dice = equal more wounds.
bolters by far out pass the pistol, unless its plasma, or infernus.
On Lemartes, or what I like to call. The I used to be awesome DC guy. With how assigning wounds works now you have to be very very careful with him. Yes you want him to take A wound, but he could picked up by something ridicoulos. If he does take that single wound. Awesome, but its just to risky for me. Always take more DC. LOL, to me this is how you could justify those JPs the other guys have been nashing.
AND EVERYONE KNOWS HOW AWESOME THEY ARE. SO THEY ARE EXPENSIVE.....SO ARE SPORTS CARS (LAND RAIDERS).
im not doing math, i'm at work on my day off.

This is how I run them, 5 - 10 guys in a drop pod with bolters and one fist. Maybe take a death wind launcher. Very effective!

LR are still kinda nasty in 6th. Missile launchers are extremely cost ineffective against them, as they are single shot. Shots praying for glances aren't shooting something they would actually be good against. Don't forget that in a pinch, LR can travel 18" in a single turn.
The other idea I have recent had is to buy 5 DC and put them on foot and have them babysit an aegis line. You don't need mobility if you are forcing the enemy to come to you. (in theory)

I'll likely get another DC squad in the near future. Should I run one with JP's and one without. One with a land raider and one with a DP/Stormraven? All of your ideas are good, but I don't know what would be widely considered the best way to go with this squad, and with the other one I will get soon.

Heh, I posted a thread about this and didn't even notice yours. I'm ditching the jump packs as best I can (5 of my already built DC have jump packs, and I don't want to damage the models by removing them...). Jump packs just don't seem worth it unless you keep the squad very small. It's a shame because it's how I always picture DC, but it looks much better to use other delivery options than jump packs..
At least it means I get to paint a 'totally not-suspicious black and red rhino/razorback'
