Just a quick question, I'm workin on a project and I have a left handed dreadnought power fist that'll work perfectly. However I need one for the right hand as well. My question is whether gw makes a right hand or would I have to get a left on and move the thumb?
Thanks in advance, picture of the left handed fist below

Forgeworld makes a few right arms...none of them are the regular power fist but they do have http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Grey-Knights/MK-IV-DREADNOUGHT-CLOSE-COMBAT-ARM-RIGHT-ARM.html

Could you try a pair of nemesis dreadknight fists? They would at least be matched.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Getting both arms to match is the hard part (presuming that matters to you) - you not only have to 'reverse' the hand but also the shoulder. GW's Furioso dread is the only obvious source of twin fists.

Blood Angels dread is gonna be your best bet most likely. Unless you want to head down the FW route.

For a fist, you can do a simple conversion involving removing the thumb, patching the gap and moving the thump to the other side (when you rotate the hand, you'll need to do some basic sculpting to make it look like it fits, though).
