This is the list I've come up with so far before buying any models. I'd really appreciate advice to make this list more competitive however I'd also like to not have to spend way more.

Thanks

Why Blood Claws? If it's for the extra attack it's not worth it. Make them GH and stick with it. BC just aren't worth it.

5 DC with Power fists is a pretty terrible idea. You need the 5 DC to unlock the dreadnought (which is pretty awesome), but if they're footslogging all the way across the board they're going to be pretty useless. also 5 power fists is absurd. Maybe 1 is worth it. With the extra points you could buy them a drop pod and drop them in with the librarian. Or jump packs - they're expensive, but it will give them the mobility to keep up with the thunder wolves.

For the librarian, don't forget that he can take divination powers. Prescience on Long Fangs is nasty, and if you roll up the ignores cover power they can be really nasty.

To be able to take two special weapons on the grey Hunters you need to take a full 10 man squad. I would also suggest taking the same one within the squad.

Oh stop complaining, its for the greater good... Now get in the box!

Also your MOW will negate your powerfists, the attack is made without equipment.

MotW is useless on thunderwolf cav, you also need more scoring units. Drop the multi melta, heavy bolters and plasma cannons and get 2 full squads of long fangs with missle launcher 4'and 1 lass cannon if you can get 3 squads but youll lack on points

Imperial Guard 4000 points
Space wolves 2500 points
grey knights 2000 points

I think that you should take 3 squads of long fangs with 4 missiles in each. 115*3=345pts for 12 missiles picking targets.

also i wouldn't take the 2 lone wolves maybe only 1 spend the other 60 on on either getting the long fangs or bulk up the Grey Hunters.

Would also drop the MoTW on the thunderwolves as it is useless.

Mark of the Wulfen is best for Grey Hunters and probably harms you on anything else. With MotW, you replace your regular attacks profile with 1D6 + 1 rending attacks and you may NOT use any wargear to boost them and you don't get an extra attack for having a pistol. Lets do a Cost / Benefit analysis:

You should NOT use MotW on anyone who already has 4 or more attacks because of the possibility of actually losing some attacks. For example, Thunderwolf Cavalry already have 4 attacks (+1 if you keep your bolt pistol and CCW). Furthermore, TWC are already rending! What is the point of paying 10 more points to possibly have less rending attacks?

You should NOT use MotW on anyone who has close combat wargear like a power fist or power weapon because you can't use the wargear if you have MotW. Why pay for a powerfist if you can't use it?

You SHOULD use MotW on stock troops (ie Grey Hunters) because in can possibly increase the number of CC attacks they have from 1 (+1 for BP&CCW) to as many as 7. It ALSO makes your attacks rending giving you the possibility of ignoring armor. For Grey Hunters fighting other marines troops, Mark of the Wulfen is better than a power weapon because you get so many more attacks and some of them will be AP2 at initiative 4. Against high toughness targets though (like a Wraithlord or a dreadnought), you're probably better off with a power fist.

2500 pts
