Perhaps a small servo arm that could help load a missile launcher or similar for an armoured soldier.
That current arm would look good on a walker, for an individual it needs to be 75-50% of it's current size.

Nah the servo arm is perfect, the shorter ones would be too impractical in a real world situation as it cant go further than the reach of the tech marine.... the longer bigger arm would be more practical and aesthetically it looks cool.
Plus that Cyborg...... Iron Hands and Iron Fathers ahoy!!!

By complete coincidence I thought the same thing.
First one is an Assault on Black Reach 'nought with Venerable Dreadnought bitz.
the second is a "straight up" Venerable Dread.
Both have had "shoulders" from the Venerable kit added to the Flak Cannons.
PS. Pictures are just quick ones from my phone taken for his occasion.
