After the fall of the eldar, what happened to all the planets that slaanesh missed? (provided that he/she missed any)

Do any eldar actually live on real planets?

There are the Exodites. They abandoned their homeworlds just like the Craftworld Eldar, but colonized other worlds and became the dinosaur-riding wood elf branch of the Eldar family.

I always thought of Exodites as Eldar-amish..building dinobarns, and milking the Tricertops.
