Oh well yes I know the romans used them, though they looked a little different which is why I'm wondering where you could historically use these ones

Does anyone know what flavor of 28mm they are? I'm guessing "True" but its hard to say these days. I like what this company is doing, especially the way they are designing and marketing their sprues, but don't really have much need for the figs.
