Adpeticon is this weekend so if you are going to be there, please stop by the Infinity demos to say hi! I'll be there Friday night, Sat, and Sun.

CDK: Won't be going, because, you know, life gets in the way, but on a seriously tangential subject:

Why is the Yu Jing symbol the Kanji for "ball, globe"?

I know the feeling! This is my once a year thing and only because it's near where I live! I can just go home every night and come back in the morning. It's going to be tough Sunday morning though. The tournament is from 7pm to 1am! I don't think I'm going to stay that long but I'd like to try.

That's what the Kanji might look like, but it's actually Chinese for Jade.

Hey, thanks for running the demos. Today I learned how much fun Infinity is to play. Glad I bought the Ariadna starter box.

Here we go guys! I just got home. I had a great time but really tired.

Here's Eric, one of the guys that helped set up the tournament and helped with a lot of other things. Please excuse the rude gesture lol ,,The table he's by is one of the demo boards. It's a real blood bath of a board.

Here's a Warenal guys! Sorry can't remember names

My buddy Mike with his first demo with his terrain being used.

Connor was my first demo of the day. I made the mistake of showing him Nomad dirty tick. Well dirty mine tricks. I showed him how to use a Zero's mines without getting an ARO.

Now here's some guys that loved Infinity enough last year to come agan! In fact one of them was in the tournament.

Sorry I don't have everyone names. This young man here loved the game so much he came back today to do more.

Now here's the tables that were done for the tournament. I wish I got more of some of the playing.

,

Here's some figs at the con. The first Ariadna is my friend Marks. Then the second is one of the Warsenal guys force. Actually it was one of them that won the tourny.

Here's the table we used today for demos. I had a great time playing with Vidar who had just bought a bunch of PanO including TAGs so he wanted to try them out. So I pulled out my Guija and we had a bit of a TAG battle. He had an Akali HMG, Knight of Montesa, two regulars and a Drago. I had the Guija, a Shang Ji with multi-rifle, Zanshi with combi and HMG, and a Doctor.

And then there's my daughter Kat and my buddies son Jake. My daughter wanted to put her Easter Bunny mini she painted in the Crystal Brush contest but unfortunately we were too late.

Look at me, I am famous on the internet.

I did like how I had my Lieutenant flame two guys in one turn and survive like six rounds to the chest.

Sorry I couldn't remember who you were! Everyone's badges kept flipping around so I couldn't remind myself names.

Yes Infinity is full of cinematic things like that. And other times they just die a horrible death lol.

I like the Japanese themed table - what terrain range is that?

I really liked some of the stuff Warsenal gave us. I was trying to put together some of it without instructions and stared to make it upside down lol but it still looked cool.

The rust colored table had what must have been first gen MDF buildings. They were not well made I think. A lot of the legs were broken off. I saw that the connections were just two little bits of wood in a slot. Not strong at all. But now I don't see anything like it out there at all either.

Great job on the tournament and demos guys. I was there on Sunday and may have bumped the official demo guys when I was showing somebody a game. We may be getting a new Combine player in the Chicago area!

The Saturday night tourney was good time with great players and games. Even getting rolled hard in the last round was easy to take. (nothing to do with the lightning this time and everything to do with Scarface eating me up!) Thanks also to the Warsenal guys and the great bits they had for all the players.

Only gripe I have... and it is small is that there were no open play Infinity tables where I could sit down and get some friendly games in. But that may be for next year!

Again good job to all who ran the tournament and demos. I think we will be increasing the Infinity fold!

He looked younger than 16 and I'm not sure where he was from. He really enjoyed the game and came back a few times wanting to do more but unfortunately we already had demos going.

I got a chance to play one of the demo's while at Adepticon and really enjoyed it. I will be picking up a faction soon. I did have a question- at the demo, I played with an army list that had nice color range bands for each weapon under each figure. What army list builder uses that format? I couldn't seem to make the on on the Infinity Website do it.

Thank you very much, that was exactly what I was looking for. Now I just need to settle in on a faction and start digging through the rules.

Wow, great pics and what a nice variety of table types for the tourney. Very cool!

My only gripe is the vehicles we need better options for cheap terrain vehicles in 28mm...
