Just curious; how do DE fare against enemy psykers? I didn't see any psykers of their own to help counter enemy abilities, and couldn't find any wargear to help. I thought the lack of psionics was odd for this race.

Did I miss something? And in game terms, does their lack of a psyker limit the army? (Excluding allies, of course).

Kill before you get killed, same deal as always.

Fluff-wise, I believe they don't use psychic powers because of what happened during the collapse of the craftworld or something?

DE are nearly psychically null. I dont believe they can physically be psykers anymore as they have stopped using psychic abilities for hundreds of generations since the Fall. Their souls are bound to Slaanesh and breaching the barrier of the warp to draw psychic energies can draw the attention of Slaanesh.

90% of psychic powers in the game fall into two categories: Buffs or weapons. DE have the ability to ignore most buffs, either by poison invalidating iron arm, or quantity of fire and mobility lessening fortune's impact. Against weapons, lady Malays ignores all psychic powers cast on her squad. Beyond that you still get DTW and generally psychic weapons are few and unimpressive.

.

This is wrong. DE are not bonded or interested in slaanesh. They fear her conquest of their souls. They have found a way through torturing others to send slaanesh their souls and preserve their essence.
DE are psykicly potent, but those developing psykic powers are killed. No psykers allowed in the dark city so as not to create a doorway for warp creaters and daemons to enter their webway refuge.

Necrons, the most powerful codex right now also have no psykers

IG are also very powerful, everyone wants to ally them in. They have no powerful psykers.

All Eldar races deny or restrain a specific part of their nature/heritage to avoid being consumed by Slaanesh. The DE deny their psychic side. According to the more recent fluff, they still have the ability to develop psychic skills, but those that do either burn themselves to a crisp or are hunted down by their kin.
